Ralph Griffith began writing 17 years ago. He was at that time returning to federal prison and decided it might be time for a new career. He has spent off and on over 30 years in various federal prisons. He spent his last 7 years with Bernie Madoff and a host of celebrity criminals in a small medical facility in Butner, North Carolina. His first release, MONKEY HOUSE, was about his time at Butner. He is the author of The Clyde Thomas Novels, The Too-Sweet Sagas, The Johnny Walker Rock & Roll Detective Series, The Big Huna Series, and the soon to be released Harry Chin Murder Mysteries. He now has 19 books published, with many of them translated into Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian. He lives with his wife in Vancouver, Washington.
